Join us at Marquis Wine Cellars on Saturday, April 25th as we host an exclusive tasting and release of the new vintage of one of BC’s most iconic wines, the Black Hills 2013 Nota Bene. In addition to the 2013 Nota Bene, we will be pouring the full Black Hills Estate Winery line up including the Syrah and Chardonnay. Graham Pierce, the winemaker at Black Hill Estate Winery and its famous Nota Bene will be in store to pour the wines and to answer your questions.
Graham is a veteran of the BC hospitality and wine industry having worked in several Vancouver restaurants before moving to Kelowna to become the Culinary Director at Summerhill Pyramid Winery. After his stint at Summerhill, Graham moved to Mount Boucherie and became the assistant winemaker before taking of the head winemaking position in 2003. In 2008 Graham became the winemaker at Black Hills and has been crafting premium wines at Black Hills ever since.
We will be pouring an extensive lineup of wines on the 25th which will include the following:
- 2013 Cellar Hand White
- 2012 Cellar Hand Red
