What better to do on a warm July Saturday than to taste some bubbles.
Come to Marquis Wine Cellars and taste Giusti prosecco. Ermenegildo Giusti bought a two-hectare property in the 1600s and the property stayed in the family generation after generation. Giusti Wine developed very rapidly. From the first vineyard planted in 2002, today it includes an area of approximatively 75 hectares producing white and red wines.
Rosalia Prosecco Treviso DOC: made with the best Glera grapes coming from vineyards located in the Rosalia estate, in the Veneto region of Italy. It has an intense and fruity bouquet with hints of Golden apple and lemon; prevailing floral notes of wisteria and acacia. Serves as a great aperitif or can be server throughout a meal.
Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG: also made with Glera grapes, but from vineyards in the of the Aria Valentina, Abbazia and Sienna estates. It has a good acid note, fresh flavour, good structure, and is pleasantly harmonious on the palate. It is excellent for special occasions.
